I am not a person to judge one persons swing to anothers, but I will make some comments=]

1. You have a very good starting form, it seems natural but now you should work on fine tuning some of the very subtle movements.
a. When you take your back swing, just focus on the backswing, do not think about any next move. just focus on a steady pace and do not hesatate.
b. Next, when you get to the top of your swing, make sure your head stays steady and NEVER leaves the ball. a lot of people have trouble with dropping the shoulder so make sure not to.
c. When you start to come forward on your forswing, try to imagine the club coming back on a line directly overlapping the backswing line. make sure that your elbow stays tucked to the inside, as this will make sure that the club face does not turn or adjust as you make contact.
d. And lastly, when you are driving the force into the ball, make sure your body is following through in a line of where you are hitting to. if you notice in the video, your back foot dropps out to the right as your are done with your swing and comes square to look in the direction you hit. try to just twist from the hips up and follow through with just your back knee and your front knee in a line. this will ensure more consistancy and a more direct line hit.

5 looks like you either pull shots a lot or hit slices with your driver. keep working on it though, it will come together.

I'd say a 5..You look like you reverse pivot. I bet you chunk alot.
